TERMS OF SALES

1. Preamble

The general conditions of sale detailed below apply to all orders placed with the company Meubles le Huard for all items offered on the furnitureleHuard.ca site, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3 – Order and Validation

5 – Delivery

6 – Payment

7 – Return policy and after-sales return

7-1 – We accept returns for exchange and refund within 30 days of receipt of the package. The customer benefits from a reflection period of 30 days from delivery to return the item(s) ordered without having to pay penalties with the exception of return costs which will remain his responsibility. . Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete, new. The final decision as to whether the product is considered new is at the discretion of Meubles le Huard inc.
